Who We Are And What We Offer

ZKS Martial Arts is one of the UK’s fastest growing martial arts organisations, based in Aylesbury Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire.
Based at the Park school in Aylesbury we are a thriving group with nearly 350 members aged from 4 to 60, practicing Tai Jitsu, a mixed martial art offering a blend of fitness training, relaxation, Kick boxing, and very practical self defence art.
We are a mixed martial art group, so we can offer training that meets the needs of a wide variety of people. If all you want to do is get fit, then we have classes that focus on cardio-vascular health - and you don’t have to fight anyone!
If you want to learn self defence - defence against a punch, a knife or baseball bat attack - even a group of people, then this is the also the club for you.
Want to learn how to Kick-box, or fight in open tournaments? Learn how to kick and punch effectively, take an opponent down to the floor, and then apply arm or wrist locks to immobilise them. Our specialist Kickboxing, or Ju-Jitsu classes will train you to fight against any other martial art, with confidence and success!
We don’t work in a macho, or bullying environment. Most of our members are children, and a third of our adult members are women.
