This is for attendance for the whole week
It is possible to book one day at a time but contact us first.
Anyone is welcome to attend as long as they are 5 – 14 years of age. We will charge £17.50 per day or £60 for the week. Please be aware of the following points if you wish your child/children to attend.

1. Start time is 9 am and we need all students to register 5 minutes before. Please do not leave children until they have registered. We will finish promptly at 3pm, so please ensure you make appropriate arrangements to pick up your child. Please inform us if somebody other than yourselves is collecting your child.

2. We will not be providing refreshments and food. Please ensure your child has provision for food and drink.

3. We will not be responsible for valuables, but we will be able place them somewhere secure. Please ensure that inhalers and medical requirements are given to us at registration.

4. Students will need to wear old casual sports cloths and will also need their martial arts uniforms. As we hope to be able to operate outside

5. If in the event of bad weather we may need to move into the hall this may change the schedule of our timetable.

6. No refund will be given for a “no show” of the student during the event. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for a refund.

7. If you wish to anter the event and wish to do it through your instructor will need to know by the 25th July 2010. If you book all five days we will ensure your place takes precedence over someone who only has a day book.
